Sold or not? I don't recall seeing a post that it was...

You folks do realize that this thread started more than three years ago and that the seller hasn't signed in for close to two years ago????

Yep. Just was stepping out a limb with a hope and prayer.

Here's my take. I agree a standing sight would be a nice addition. A standing/folding sight is quite reasonable, perhaps $150. The cost is in hand filing and regulating it. That costs a fortune. By virtue of it having the original folding sights, all the regulation data can be calculated off of that, making a new sight swap-out a breeze. $250 total job, not $800 job.

Its a controlled round feed massive stopping rifle, made by winchester, in a good caliber for that purpose, for reasonable money. It'll sell fast.

I may be wrong, but I don’t think this rifle is crf.

Definitely is. See the Mauser claw extractor on the bolt?

You may be right but it doesn’t look like it has a claw extractor to me.

I think it is CRF because I don't think Win made claw extractors that weren't. But FWIW original Ruger 77's had claw extractor and were push feeds...............FWB

There may be an extractor there. Very difficult to tell from the pics. If there is it is jeweled the same as the bolt. Very unusual if that is the case.

1000% it’s CRF. Claw extractor is plain as day. Yes, it’s jeweled.

Of course it's a CRF- but the real question is: has anyone talked with Mr Clint about the rifle?

Yes. I've taken both Stat 530 AND watched Dumb and Dumber....."There's a Chance!" I was hoping he went into a deep sleep akin to Rip Van Winkle and awoke at the precise moment of our inquiries...What's the worst that could happen? Nothing? Completely worth the typing...Beautiful gun. What if the Buyer sees our posts and finds himself in the midst of marital discourse needing ducats? ;) Don't worry.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
