Who has an end of season Africa hunt still to come?

I did hunt in November in Namibia, that was last year. That was really hot. I've wrote a hunting report and mentions that it was hot a few times :ROFLMAO: ( see https://www.africahunting.com/threa...heke-region-with-hendrik-trudy-safaris.91974/)

Really force yourself to drink enough if it is not a habit for you. Take a few drink brakes, eat enough, take enough salt with food and don't forget the sunscreen and chapstick.

Flip that collar up on your shirt...put a wet bandana around your neck...forget the ball cap, it's time for the wide brimmed floppy hat. Life gets more serious and details matter.

I wasn't directing that at you but you got my point. We are talking about end of season hunts, weather conditions, etc and how to be successful with them.

Taking advantage of a couple of cancellation hunts that came up. Going back to Namibia for Trophy elephant et al again with Ndumo and then a week for Buff, Nyala, et al with ZDS in Coutada 11. 10/19-11/14

Good luck, safe travels and safe hunting to all!

Did I mention that I hate heat? So as all the leaves have fallen around the lake and getting some heavy frost in the mornings, I’m going to go just swelter in Zim. Already told Dalton to warn Gareth that I’m not scared to hunt in m boxer briefs and flip flops.
While I love hunting with Gareth I don’t want to see him in boxers and flip flops lol!

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
