This is another rifle I bought from a friend needing money for his cataract surgery. @cash_tx has also seen this rifle and attest to the condition of it.
The 7mm STW, Shooting Times Westerner was developed as a wildcat cartridge by Laine Simpson, Field Editor of Shooting Times Magazine.
The Barrel is 2-Toned Fluted Barrel – Spun Stainless w/ Graphite Black Cerakote and a built in compensator
Receiver / Bolt / Bolt Knob / Safety – Graphite Black Cerakote
Stock – Hand-laid, raised Monte Carlo fiberglass stock with matte gel coat and spiderweb accents
According to the serial number, it is American made between 1995 and 2002
It has a Leupold 4.5-14x50 VariX III, and the rings and mounts appear to be Leupold.
The Mark V Accumark retailed for $2600.00 and the Leupold for around $600.00
I am asking $1600.00 for this rifle, plus shipping to FFL dealer, for this unique rifle. I am in the North Dallas, Texas area. I can meet for a face to face and examination of rifle.
