Always seems a necessary prerequisite for these types of films that the presenter looks like the folks from that era. He's probably a high court judge Monday to Friday lol.

Not if you look into his website. This is his full time way of life. He started flintnapping at age 5 (first minute r two in the video
 
Very cool! It seems he really knows his flint dynamics and the skill to shape it into a blade. It’s obviously not just smacking a rock/bone on a chunk of flint over and over again and hoping for the best.

Very definately a skill learned over a lot of hours and no doubt quite a few losses.
