Hello,

I'm looking for some new 458 Win Mag brass. Let me know if you have some you are willing to spare.

Thanks!

pretty hard to find right now, but keep checking Raven Rocks they get it in when there are a lot of requests comes from Quality Cartridge its good brass. another thing if you load your own look for 458 Lott brass then trim it down to 2.5" . I am not 100% but I think you can load and fire form .338 win mag brass. till you find .458 brass, someone correct me if I am wrong

Disclaimer, this is AI search

Yes, .338 Winchester Magnum brass can be resized and formed into .458 Winchester Magnum brass because they share the same belt diameter, rim diameter, and body taper, with the .458 Win Mag having a shorter neck and longer shoulder. The process generally involves running the .338 brass through a .458 Win Mag full-length sizing die, usually requiring proper lubrication and potentially annealing the brass to prevent splits.

I’ve made it from 375, cut to length, and fireformed. 338 WM is probably easier though. Same can be done with 458 Lott, which is available.

There’s a guy on Accurate Shooter with the handle of PLP selling 458 win mag Norma brass for $135 per 50

He has five bags

Hi PaulB. Would you be interested in another WJ Jeffery .450/.400 NE 3". It's an extractor model and in superb condition, cased as well. Made in 1908. The rifle is here in Texas.
