Received these with a Ruger No. 1 I recently purchased. Unfortunately my No 1 has a pic rail on it, and the scope I'm going to put on it is 30mm. Anyone interested in swapping? Otherwise they will just continue to take up space on the bench.

Little known fact. Sturm Ruger will take any new and unused rings you receive with their rifles back and exchange them for any other size or model, free of charge.

The most common swap is not just 1” for 30mm and vice versa, but also most folks want offset rings to get more reach. Of course they’ll swap mediums for low or extra high as well. Stainless for steel, etc. I’ve done this several times.

Whoa, just checked that out on the Ruger FAQ. Pretty amazing, but unfortunately I bought my 9.3x74r second hand (my apologies, as I should have identified that in the post - I did not intentionally represent these as factory Ruger rings, just that I received them as part of a package deal).

The rings in the picture are Leupold. The kind that allows windage adjustment on the rear one. Missing the bases.

Be a good package for the "Pay it Forward" thread;)

I have a set you can have. Took them off my 700 Long Range. I've also got a set of new unopened, 30mm extra highs.

At Kalahari Safari, the Small Things Are the Big Things
The thrill of the stalk. The stillness of the wait. The age-old rhythm of the hunt.
It’s not just about the size of the trophy. It’s about the stories that will be told for years.
We believe the memories are the true prize. The small things are the big things.
And we’re proud to offer a hunting experience that honours exactly that.

Not sure your price range. Have a 375 H&H with a muzzle brake. Nice rifle only fired a few times. Also a Mossberg 375 Ruger its been used and shows a few hunts on it.
Two African Safaris Hunted South Africa both times,
9 game animals taken
Has anybody hunted with Phumba safari in steenbokpan south Africa?
