I’ve just purchased a very nice Westley Richards 1871 carbine (I’ll probably make its own thread shortly) that I think is worthy of a nice hard case, as is a high grade JP Sauer double I got last year. I keep seeing ads from a company called Venatti which look to be the right style I’m looking for, and priced at under $350. At that price, though, I’m wondering if that isn’t too good to be true and these are simply junk.
Anyone actually have the chance to handle or use a case from this company? Good deal or drop-shipped Chinese garbage?
Note, I am in the US so importing a correct case from the UK is a possibility I suppose but perhaps not practical.
