These aren't listed for sale currently but these could all be trading material for the right double rifle. All 3 are custom built by McWhorter Rifles and all have proven 1/4 MOA accuracy out to beyond 600 yards in multiple shooter's hands. Two of them have been tested into less than 5" at 1000 yards with hunting loads. I have lots of reloading components and load data that goes with the rifles as well as these premium Swaro illuminated reticle scopes. We have a 7mm STW that has taken 1/2 dozen big game with one shot each out to over 700 yards. Close shots are easy! We have a 6.5 PRC that has taken 8 big game animals with one shot each, dropping straight down at the shot. Then we have the big boy...the 45 XML, which shoots custom muzzleloader bullets of 325 grains into 1/4 MOA at long distance (we've tested it out to 600 yards). I have 2 loads for it...one is the 325's at 2750 fps and one is the 325's at 3100 fps. Yes, that's correct. This load has taken several Cape buffalo on film.

Lots of accessories, reloading components and top end optics are available as trading material. Optics are dialed in with ballistic turrets and verified at distance. What am I looking for? A good quality 450/400 Nitro or 470 Nitro double with brass and bullets as a package. My builds are of very high quality with the best parts and built by master craftsman. They are in excellent condition with no issues, concerns or damage of any kind. All of it is less than 2 seasons old and all have round counts of 50 or less. Full details are available to serious interested parties.

prices on these?

That's quite a stable there. The 6.5 and the XML are at the top for me. How do you like the proprietary stock on the XML? Which one is lichen?

The Zenith stock (McMillan proprietary model for McWhorter) on the 45XML is the best at handling heavy recoil that I have found. It really distributes the recoil well.

There are variations of the Lichen pattern but this is one of them...mine is the 6.5 PRC that has green/tan desert colors in my photos above.

Here's another photo of the 6.5 PRC in the wild...

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
