Spanish Mauser. Probabky started out as a Model 1916 , sighted for the high velocity 7x57 load that was introduced circa 1909.

It looks like a Spanish Oviedo Mauser. These were made 1916 to 1924. A bunch went to the Ottoman Empire (Turks). The one you show has numbers that do not match so it is most likely a "put together" for the surplus market decades ago. Have the headspace checked unless you have fired it and know it is safe to shoot.

These rifles have a very long throat and were set up for military ammo with the long heavy roundnose bullets.
