In Tanzania, that's it. And not every Maasai concession has Gerenuk.

Tanzania is really only option. I’m unsure if there is any quota still in Ethiopia for lesser kudu, gerenuk, oryx, or grant gazelle. If there is, it will be more expensive than Tanzania. There are a few lesser kudu on quota in Uganda.

From what I've been able to find you can definitely hunt gerenuk and lesser kudu in Ethiopia.
