So what about the other English gunmakers? Watson, Cogswell, Army Navy

It seems that there are Daniel Fraser rifles being built yet again, John Dickson seems to be owning the name: https://www.john-dickson.com/available-gun/new-daniel-fraser-velox-ms-rifle

They do look a bit weird around the magazine bottom but I guess that is like they looked before? Judging from the bolt handle it seems to be a Mannlicher inspired design.

Wow thanks for posting that, never seen those before.

The original Fraser made rifle were fantastic & one of my favorite builders, I have none as can't afford one but very nice mostly with a few strange features some times on Fraser rifles.

These by Dickson aren't even close, bolt handle has been thinned to near breaking point to clear the scope Id say, wood around the mag box has been made thicker & not finished nicely, no doubt to strengthen a weak stock area, but the bipod in the cases is a clue to the thought pattern on who ever is building these ?

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
