Will You Kill or Green Hunt the Rhino

I'm all for supporting the rhino, but there has to be political action with severe consequences for poaching not a slap on the wrist...that is completely useless.
The only thing keeping these animals around is 24/7 guard patrols!! These animals are essential hostages because there is no penalty that is slowing down illegal action...and that is real problem

I'm in favor of frontal brain shots ... a consequence that's easy to understand and evaluate.

I guess I'm not interested in either option at this point. Both prices are too high to justify either option. Besides the rhino has enough problems right now.

+ 1

I have no problem if someone wants a rhino, but on the 3 propertys Iv'e hunted that had rhino none were wary in the least, it wouldn't have been a hunt it would have been more of a collecting of one. Either way theyr'e out of my budget.

I'd be more than happy to hunt a rhino in the traditional way if it wasn't so dang expensive. Hopefully as the demand for horn decreases, poaching will calm down and prices may decrease. Hopefully. I'm a very optimistic person if you can't tell.

An old rhino that is no longer breeding and is more of a danger than benefit to the species as touched upon above I would have no issue hunting traditionally. But I'd dart a younger one and it is much cheaper.

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
