I’m looking for some advice on some powder I received. Purchased some H38 powder online. When it arrived, one of the containers was slightly open. Enough for some powder to spill in the box but most stayed in the container. Seller replaced the powder with a new one and let me keep the open one. My question is should I discard the powder since I did not break the factory seal and don’t know when the powder was opened?
