Now I know why these guys haven’t been responsive…my wife purchased nearly $300 dollars worth of brass for me as a Christmas present last year. Guess I won’t be getting the brass or her money back.

I’m guessing I have no legal means to get my money back, because they have none.

Man, i JUST saw their message on the website saying they aren’t taking new order and thought, uh oh. A shame when any place like this hits hard times.

Same here. Have an order in since May '22 and now this. Accept you'll get nothing and walk away, or call in to the meeting with slim hope there will be $$$$ left over after lenders, creditors and anyone with a larger order than I get paid. If you are lucky, you get a second letter from their atty. saying "file a claim" for you invoice amount.

Thanks, not worth the hassle for my small order, but still upset they took my money.

Same here.
Got the Capt. 11 filing and RCC owes $67,430.85 in interest on a loan of $4,044,000.00.
So kiss my $600 goodbye. Wish we could get our brass or have them charged with theft.

Unfortunately our bankruptcy laws have made theft an acceptable practice. Fully sanctioned by Uncle Sam. Bankruptcy law pretends that the government can absolve an entity of its debt. In reality, a person or company that owes another has a moral obligation to repay. Regardless of what the law says.

Never heard of them. Were they a boutique brass company?

I need to know if this is legit. Photo with today's paper would do it.

I just saw Budsgunshop.com has both the guide gun and the African for $1150. FWIW - I bought both and decided to use the Guide gun - I restocked it in a Bell and Carlson stock and I added the Alaska arms floor plate to add a round. I wanted the shorter barrel as I will use a suppressor. I wont go lower than $1100, but I will ship it and no sales tax.

Let me know if you are interested
