I ended up dealing with some significant health issues from a vehicle accident, and didn't make the trip this year. This would have been my first trip to Africa, and don't think I need to elaborate on how much I was looking forward to it!
First, my hunting partners on this trip were completely supportive. Tore me up not going this year, but a testament to all herein, I've been looked after by brother and sister hunters.
Second, a huge shout-out to Jaco and Lindie with Kwalata Safaris. They have been completely understanding and supportive of my recovery. I've been able to push my safari out to September 2025 with them.
I will most certainly keep all updated on how this rifle works out.
Still chomping at the bit to board a bird and get over to Moz with Kwalata!!
