I ordered one in hardcover just now, thanks for the heads up! Shipping and import fees were a bit stiff, I should have looked around a bit fo other options-

Me too but when I flew charter we had a low weight limit so bought a Kindle and I've taken to it much better than I thought, it's like looking at a book not a phone/PC screen
