New and flawless .416 Rigby. Has remained unfired since it left AHR. 23” barrel and 13.75” LOP. I usually shoot 14.25” but for some reason this feels great as is. I do have a new red 1.5” NECG pad I will include with the rifle. Would bring LOP to right at 14.25”. I have used this pad on other AHRs and they look and function great.

Obviously built on CZ 550 with clean billboard (no CZ markings). Very nice wood and wood and metal are without flaws. Straight grain through the wrist. Holds 4 down. Straightened handle, AHR trigger and 3-pos. safety.

Here is the kicker. I disdain shipping guns. I am in Austin, Texas and travel to the metroplex and Houston frequently. I would really like to sell in person.

Great rifle, I just have no need for it. My wife busted me cleaning rifles a couple weeks ago in the kitchen and accurately noted the addiction was out of control. I may add another one or two after this one goes. Will throw in a box of new factory Barnes 400 gr. TSX to get you started.

My eyes go right to that brass spacer. I know many may not like it...but what a unique feature on an incredible rifle. I love it.
Haaaaa. I hated it. Almost kept me from buying the gun. I was going to blacken it. Before I even received the rifle I bought some Birchwood Casey brass black. Seller told me that he really liked it. I told him I did not. :).

The rifle made quite a stir at my FFL shop. Without exception, all 6-7 guys at the shop loved it. I still did not. I sat the beast in the corner of my office for about a week and now I really love it. It is at my gunsmith now, getting fitted with another recoil pad. He stared at it inquisitively for a couple minutes and by the time I left, he loved it as well. If I could find his twin brother in .600 Overkill, I would likely reunite the pair

:) :) :)

Hmmm… I have a good friend in Austin and a brother-in-law there as well. I was just down there in February. Let me think about this. I might make you an offer.

Let me know. I can put your people in touch with my people. :)

There are some disappointed mothers out there today. Would be great for the woman who has (almost) everything. :)

I’m just up the road inTemple. I’m tempted, but I’m left handed!
That’s a good looking stick of lumber.

Improvise, adapt and overcome. :). I stop at Bucee's at least once a week. I'm sure there is a right handed shooter out there for it, but you lefties that can shoot right impress me. I can't even pick my nose with my left hand. :)

I can do both, I’m naturally right handed but I’m left eye dominant. If I bought a right handed rifle it would end up in Montana at my kids house. Alas, this one is destined for someone else.

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….

I'd like to get some too.

My wife (a biologist, like me) had to have a melanoma removed from her arm last fall.

Hallo Marius- do you have possibilities for stags in September during the roar? Where are your hunting areas in Romania?
