Model 70-super express vs safari express?

I picked up a set of Model 70 Safari Express iron sights for my Springfield two years ago. Lots to like. Both front and back sights mount with screws instead of solder so easy to install, get rid of, or replace if damaged. The rear sight does fold flat and is adjustable all ways. Folding flat may be important if a low power scope is mounted. Also great if there's a long ride in the saddle to hunting camp. Flip the blade down and throw the gun in scabbard. The one downside is adjusting windage can be a bit tricky as the rear sight platform does want to wander when locking screw is tightened. Nevertheless, I was so impressed I bought a second set of these sights for the 404 Jeffery I'm building on Mauser 98.

I could never get along with the M70 Classic stocks, so all of mine (280AI, 300 NM, and .375 H&H) are restocked.

The solution to .375 magazine capacity is an extended magazine by Sunnyhill, like the one on my .375 below.

Sir, I think I have been writing to you about the purchase of the HK 639 rifle under an email "Tt Jake." If this is you, then I am truly interested. I am just trying to verify identify. Tt Jake is asking for a cash transaction. No disrespect intended, Just trying to verify who I am talking to. Thank you. Respectfully. Dan

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
Finally back to somewhat normal I missed reading the messages and posts
