Looking for walk and stalk plains game hunt

I am looking for recommendations for an ethical operator for fair chase walk and stalk plains game hunting. I am completely open minded about the species I hunt, but I would like to hunt native species endemic in the area with minimal use of vehicles, ideally not in a farmed or high fenced area. I am happy for something physically challenging and I am not really interested in hunting over waterholes or from blinds or vehicles. To be clear, I am not judging those who do, it just isn't what i am looking for.

I am happy with very basic accommodation and a spike camp would suit me fine. Something like Kai Uwe-Denker or Natasha Illum Berg write about.

I am not interested in big numbers or unusual trophies, more the experience of being in the bush. I would be very happy with a well earnt kudu or an eland in a week The wilderness areas of Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe or Mozambique would be great, but I am on tight budget.

Any ideas? Many thanks.
Africa is a big place first of all and virtually all of the ethical hunting there is walk and stalk. This makes it hard to make a recommendation without more info. Tight budget and Hunting wilderness areas don't mix sadly. Tanzania will start at $60k and Zim and Moz will be at least $20k. You will want to look at large acreage (they are all fenced) game ranches in South Africa or Namibia for a budget hunt.

I think you would find most outfitters will try accommodate your request to walk and stalk.
Yes South Africa have high fences as a requirement of getting their “Certificate of adequate enclosure” I expect that is a requirement to manage the game animals that they own albeit they are native animals that free range within the high fence property.

If you want to walk further or hunt harder most can probably arrange this. The same for someone who is not so fit and can’t walk long distances they will drive to get within shorter distances of vantage points or suitable terrain or habitat.

Remember, these are paddocks not pens.

Plenty of outfitters/areas in common destination countries that can satisfy your requirements- just ask specific questions when contacting. After hunting on foot on a 200k acre high fence property, you might re-assess your preconceived notions. Even hunting on foot on a 10k acre high fence can be daunting in rough, broken terrain. Hunting low, cattle fenced areas with no high fence can be misleading in that while the animals aren’t restricted where they go, you may be. Something to keep in mind.
I have hunted fenced areas before and I agree. I spent a week on a 30,000 acre property and I think only saw the fence twice and only actually saw about a third of the land. I also spent a few days on an 8,000 acre property, where only the public road was fenced and that didn't cause me any concerns. I have however seen other places where the hunting areas were, I would guess about 2k acre blocks very densely populated with non-indigenous game. That is what I would prefer to avoid for myself.

Thanks for all the suggestions and PMs. I have had several very good suggestions.

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
