Looking For Deer Club Members!!!

I have 2000 acres of a well managed Whitetail deer lease in central Arkansas. I manage the deer property for mature bucks but also have a healthy population of does to provide shot opportunities. You can harvest 2 bucks and 4 does currently. The property has 13 food plots ranging form 1 acre to 3 arces in size. I have over 40 stands placed through out the property. This isn't a fenced area but I can promise you will get a shot opportunity at multi deer. I'm looking for 2 out of state hunters to join this year. Im not a guide or outfitter. We mostly bow hunt the lease but do some gun hunting as well. So either basically.

It's fun for the kids. My almost always have a chance to get something when using a gun. It has been a great introduction to hunting for them.

Some questions that would be helpful for those interested:


How many total members?
Is this in a CWD management area in AR?
In addition to food plots are there feeders?
If so, how many and what type ie corn/protein free choice/timed?
Cost for corn/protein included in cost of lease or each member on their own or does everyone pitch in the same amount?
Water/Electric hookups?
Current lodging arrangements...cabin/house, RVs, Tents..etc?
Any other hunting allowed...ducks, turkey?
Brief description of property 100% wooded..pine..oak..upland...swamp?
Any fishing on the property?
Over 40 stands on the property... box blinds or ladder stands if mix how many box?
When is the season in AR? Bow vs Gun season length?

We currently don't have CWD in our area.

I generally don't use corn feeders but place it on the ground. We do have them if someone would like to use them.

We have lockons, buddy stands and some box stands. Pop up blinds work great if someone wants to bring them or mail me some to put up for them.

We have electric hook ups not onsite water but the local gas station has water.

The near by town has a hotel if desired. It's only 15min from camp.

The bow season runs Oct to Feb 31st.

This is only for deer.
