Kenya: Number Of Kenyans Facing Starvation Rises By 1.4m

Complicated in all directions. We cannot approach the country too close or we face accusations of racial ideology. We cannot be charitable or we exacerbate the problem, we cannot stand idle or the tragedy worsens.
I could go to a Biblical reason for these issues, and the remedies offered by the Almighty, but no one wants to hear what God says anymore.
The only logical answer is to hope the current situation continues in place, and the obvious success of the countries which allow scientific harvest/ hunting will remain an example to those in trouble. The obvious success would be an example to redirect their efforts to manage wildlife. This has happened in the past, and can happen again of we hunters continue to hunt the various countries in Africa, and support the wildlife there.
We hunters also need to publicize the tragedies of abuse to the world thru media, as long as it continues. I cannot stress this enough, we as conservationists must shine a light on horrendous wildlife abuses that goes on constantly across Africa, and in the Indian peninsula.
We hear of Rhino poaching, only thru our own hunting media sources, and the poaching of Tigers continues unabated, and seldom discussed anywhere.
Once again I say, how can lions be slaughtered without an outcry, when the world screams over one legal harvest of a lion? How can USFW consider lion/leopard status without being abraded about poaching of these species by others?
We need to press our representatives in the hunting world to make these tragedies a public announcement. I should here about wildlife slaughter/ poaching thru major wildlife publications, and in the mainstream media, not as a sidestory 6 months after the fact on a hunter's blog.
In today's media driven society we should use it's annoyance to our own advantage.

It’ll only continue to worsen, I fear. With fertilizer, seed, and fuel costs there’s going to be a food crisis globally this fall from high prices to lack of stock. Several countries have already banned farm products from being exported in an effort to protect themselves.

AND I WAS NAIVELY GOING TO SUGGEST THE POOR KILL AND EAT THEIR EXCESS BUFFALO AND ELEPHANT. I WONDER IF THEY ATE THOSE LIONS THAT WERE SLAUGHTERED? MOUNTAIN LION MEAT IS QUITE PALATABLE.

IF A FEW MILLION PEOPLE DIE IT MAY RELIEVE THE PROBLEM SOMEWHAT.

I WILL BUTT OUT AND STICK TO MY OWN BUSINESS.

I have no idea the shipping cost from here to Costa Rica. I can do my research on shipping and get back with you later today.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
