Just an FYI: Well-USA closed their trophy division in June of this year.

They forwarded all of their pending trophies to Lynette Lilley of Noatum Logistics (you may remember her at Well in Houston). She just helped me clear my lion on Friday.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve always used WELL.

Never heard of them.

Well, I'm glad you got your Lion, there's something you might never get again.

Is this permanent? Any joy in this?

Lynette is GREAT !!

September 2018. Took 2 years for the import permit- August 2020. I was told some of the delay was USF&W was transitioning to E-permits (which mine was as I never received a paper permit).

Then COVID screwed up exportation- took a year. The export permit expired once, fortunately while the lion was still in Zim. That renewal was not a big deal and only took a few days. My lion was stateside with one week left before expiration (which is all that matters) and got the USF&W clearance the day it expired. Took USDA and Customs 3 days after that.

I was told a dozen trophies had their Zim export permit expire while at the expeditor in SA.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
