at 5900€ for a Holland & Holland bolt action in 375H&H, with a Zeiss scope included?
Unless it has some kind of defects that I cannot see from the picture, I would definitely start talking with the shop.

Have him send over detail pictures of all sides, bore inspection, history of the rifle, etc. And make a 5KEUR offer.
