OK yes you have the blue book, but it was issued in 2020 and is now expired as they need renewing every 3 years....also regardless of the fact you have the license/blue book, you still can't have possession of the rifle without having done a transfer form into your name so you can look after it.....that's the basic legality of it

There is a camping, hunting etc WhatsApp chat here in zambia that people use to also sell firearms and other stuff on....think be your best bet...and also people seem willing to pay top dollar with an up to date blue book

You need to have a talk with Zambia gun dealer, not the US internet, get legal before you buy..the inside of a Zambia jail is not a happy place.
