Hunting Leopard in January

For my next safari I would like to hunt leopard and buffalo. Because of my business, january is the best time for me to travel. Where would You go to? I am a bit afraid of hunting CAR. Maybe Tanzania?
I am grateful for every piece of advice.

That job is going to making your hunt tougher. January!
Everything is easier to hunt when there is less cover, less water, etc. Certainly Buffalo and probably Leopard.

CAR is not something I have seen associated with Leopard hunting too heavily in all my reading.
(No Leopard hunting with a rifle myself as of yet)
