Which one? there are 2 the 475NE with a .483 dia bullet and the 475#2 Jeffery with a .488 dia bullet... I have friend that hunts with the 475#2 NE ...
ALL of the Doubles between 450NE and the 475 #2 Jeffery are pretty much the same a 480-500gr bullet travelling 2150fps for 5000ftlbs of energy..... what separates one from the other is fit, feel and balance in other words regardless of the price and the maker some are singing swords and some are war clubs
I hunt with the .475 3 1/4 (Straight), basically a .450NE necked up to take a .483 480 grain bullet. I have shot elephant with it.. It gives an average of 2158fps with modern Kynoch ammo from 23" barrels, rifle of ca. WW1 vintage..
