Push. It is H-S Precision design and proprietary action. A bit stronger than Rem 700 but not technically control round feed.

What do you mean by not technically control round feed? Does the bolt have a claw extractor?
I have always liked the design of HS precision rifles. I just have not really ever looked at them close up.

Exactly, I use Talley bases with their lever rings and a scope for each barrel. The return to zero has always been consistent for me.
