This morning I wrote Hornady inquiring on the next production date of 275 Rigby brass as some of my notifications and "wish lists" from different vendors began to show it was no longer an option. The response from Hornady was the item is obsolete and they have no plans to produce the brass. I am not sure if this was an admin response or the truth. I wanted to pass this on incase anyone was waiting.

Are you needing Rigby head stamped brass? Or will7x57 or 7mmMauser work?

I’m not 100% certain.. but I might have some of the latter laying around if you’d like it…

I appreciate you sharing this. Disappointing, but sounds like an administrative response.

I’m actually ok at the moment on both. I truly appreciate it. I try and keep an eye out to stay stocked up. I have some 170 grain Norma Oryx loaded up and ready. Let me know if you need anything!

In the past Gordy and Sons in Houston sold Rigby branded ammo in 275 Rigby. Not brass but 20 round boxes of ammo....around $80.00 a box. I haven't been there in a couple of years. You might give them a call.
