came back through Atlanta July 25 had about 6 hunters checking guns and rifles through delta flight.had to go to room with clear glass to claim my bow. Officer was not consistent with spraying boots on individuals.i brought mine in bag.some did not bring any and were not questioned.gave passport to one officer then another opened bow case to see if any blood items(put used broadheads in bag no issues) then bow is transported outside room to a cart and then had to follow officer who pushed cart to delta check in.
couple of important things to look out for. officer in glass room brought out passports after the last gun was put on cart and returned your passport to you outside the room (he did give wrong passport to two hunters so make sure you check). the second hiccup was when the officer pushed the cart and dropped them off at delta he asked if everybody has tsa locks you could go. Saw tsa officer swab two gun cases and then another came out to check two bow cases and asked who were these. lucky I stayed because tsa officer said would not open bow unless owner was there.
other bow hunter had left area. once he opened bow case and a piece a tsa paper in bow case. did ask officer about lock requirement on cases (saw some with two and some with 6 on gun cases officer said he was told two for guns)take home point follow the process all the through so weapon not left in Atlanta. hope this helps

Good observation: Follow your cases until they are in the hands of the airline.

Exactly. I even watch to see that they get put through the screen once you turn them over.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.
