Great book - Reminiscences of an Elephant Hunter by W. D. M. "Karamojo" Bell

So while at DSC I couldn’t stand it and walked into the Safari Press booth. I love to read and always wanted one of their limited edition books so I bought Bell’s Reminiscence of an Elephant Hunter. Been reading it and am about 1/2 way through and omg its awesome. The book quality though is amazing. Unfortunately I’m afraid this book is going to cost me a ton of money in the long run. These limited print editions are outstanding!

I stumbled on one I was not familiar with recently. Its called Inside Safari Hunting, with Eric Rundgren. Author is Denis Holman. East Africa, pre and post war WWII. There are some copies around, I snagged one for reasonable on Ebay.

Safari press limited editions are great- they really do them right, properly honoring the subject matter.
