What looks like a really nice Hartmann & Weiss in .500 Jeffery, dont know anything about the french firm selling it or wether they would export it or not, but thought that18 000 euros sounded like a good price for an Hartmann & Weiss.

Great rifles from H&W but is it just me or does the stock forearm end look a little bulbous and not as tapered as a Rigby?

With the glass that is a solid deal as priced as long as the scratches etc. are not too extensive.
looked at from this perspective (one could trade in a used UTV or any economy car these days and buy that gun!-or just NO longer being subjected to all the additional tax grabs under Biden-as they were manyfold for private businesses)...it's a good deal! lol

Yeah, it does look rather beefy, I was thinking that it was because of the calibre, but perhaps its just the taste of the original owner.

This one was posted before, and I gave the same comment. From the French description this is a “rifle built on a H&W action”, not a H&W rifle. So buyer beware.

I see this quite often in Europe: a rifle or gun built “in the style of… , or using an action from…” being represented as a gun/rifle from the maker.

If I didn't already have a pair of Winchesters chambered in 375 H&H, this left-handed Zastava for $1,449 might intrigue a bit more (https://www.cabelas.com/p/101776441):

I also like my left-handed Steyr in 30-06. They don't pop up very often and usually not for $1k (https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/101763813). If this was the Mannlicher version, I'd be buying it instead of sharing it:

I’m gonna definately be watching it. If it slips by I’d like to have it. If not I’ll make it go up in price at least. I love the straight bolt ZKKs

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
