I have a bow hunt planned for bush pig, and a Eland with the 308, and I think I will dust off the old 250-3000 savage just to spice up things. It will all be done near Thabazimi

I have an AH buddy that lives in Pretoria. He and his son hunted near Thabazimbi a couple of weeks ago. The vegetation and grass was pretty tall and thick. Their hunt was very successful and they now have biltong and Dry Wors hanging. I hunted near Thabazimbi in 2916 with Cruiser Safaris. My Ph's name was Hans Moatshe. I harvested a cull Eland cow with my 35 Whelen on my first hunt and a SCI "gold" Eland Bull with my 404 Jeffery on my second safari last year. They are big animals. Good luck!!
