They hold on to all your check luggage in Dubai. Pack a change of clothes in your carry-ones you will not have access to any check luggage.

Stopover or layover? Are you taking break and having a stopover and staying a few days In Dubai? Otherwise they keep your luggage.

If you check your bag to it’s final destination your bag stay with Emirates

It's a stopover. 28 hours. Arriving 5:30 AM on August 28 and leaving at 9:10 AM on the 29th.
