I bought this box today. Lady threw in the matching microwave cart. I’ve wanted a Gerstner box for some time. This was an amazing deal and had been used for jewelry and scrapbooking. Figured there are some other Gerstner fans here…

I really like those style range boxes, I’ve been going to make one for about ten years, I got as far as machining some French oak to thickness, it’s probably warped by now

If you can actually build one, you’re a much better woodworker than I am. I’d be lucky to finish one of their kits.

I love Gerstners. I bought a nice one for my Dad, who was a retired machine-repairman/machinist. He'd always wanted one. When he got it, he thought it was too nice to put machine tools in, so he gave it to my mother to use as a jewelry box.

I hate that Gerstner sends me junk emails every other day, as if I'm going to buy a new chest weekly. And yes, I've tried unsubscribing numerous times. Can't blame them for marketing, I guess... but still...

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
