For Sale Steyr Mannlicher Full Take-Down Rifle

Do you possibly have any brass or dies that will go with it?

I do not.

Brass and dies are readily available online. Loaded ammunition is available on the Net and not too pricey.

I haven't even cleaned the bore. I wager that a vigorous couple of sessions with Kroil and JB Paste would get the bore looking great. It's grey now but with deep rifling, it just needs some dusting off.

I have had a good bit of experience in cleaning up the bore of older rifles. It would also be a nice project to clean up the stock and restore to original condition

Also did a little research on ammo, brass, dies availability.

I have zero interest in the infantry length of this rifle but a full stock take-down carbine is another story. let me check my toy fund

People asked me to clean up the bore and take more pictures. I ran a brush and a couple patches through the bore. It is really packed full of lead and will take some actual elbow grease to get clean.

This is what it looked like after 3 mins of quickie-cleaning with Hoppes.

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
