Yes this will be "if I already didn't have one, 6X45mm" I'd be all over this. Mine is on a savage model 16, the year they came out with the drop floorplate, don't like detachable's, otherwise it wouldn't have been a Savage. I always liked the mini mauser's alot. But the 6X45mm always intrigued me and I wasnt dissapointed. I to use mine on whitetail deer and coyote, fox and such. Lovely cartrigde on an even more lovely paltform GLWS
