First Hunt w/video

Finished a 15 day hunt. First week was in Limpopo with RDB. Second week was in the Eastern Cale with Huntshoek. Both were great. RDB finished my video very quickly. Here is my first week in Africa.

Looks like a fun first hunt and nice video.

I tried hard to ignore how much I hate the rifle! but the impact on game really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting such dramatic results with such a slow bullet.

Shot placement always help but that round performed very well!

One was a 12” in 8.6 blackout
The other was 16” 6.5 creedmoor.

I didn’t realize there were two rifles. I thought it was just 8.6. What did you take with each one?

8.6blk - zebra, gemsbuck, kudu, waterbuck.
6.5cm - blesbuck and impala
