From what little I know I believe most of what was being reported was several years old. Rutledge was shot, but not killed in RSA about 2019? I believe that would have been in the article.

Al Jazeera did a good job with this investigative piece. It provided a great "how to" for other African leaders.

There is obviously no love lost between Qatar and UAE. Which probably means Doha wants cut in on the laundering business going through Dubai.
