I'm looking for someone with a 450 Alaskan who would be willing to fire form some cases for me for my cartridge display boards.
I'll send you the 348 Win brass and bullets and have new powder and primers delivered to you.
I don't want loaded ammo, just the formed brass. You'll keep any leftover components. We can discuss payment or barter for a display board.
THANX
Curtis

I might have some prepped brass still. I will look today and let you know.

Due to import/export rules I cannot ship my cartridge display boards outside the US. Sorry

I sent my 450 Alaskan out for auction and I think all of the brass went with it. I'm still looking and will let you know if I find any pieces.

Still searching for a friend to fire form some 450 Alaskan brass for me. I don't need loaded ammo, just formed brass for my cartridge display boards.
I'll provide the 348 Win brass and bullets and have new powder and primers delivered to you. You'll keep any excess components.
We'll discuss payment. Best for me would be a barter for a display board valued at $350.

THANX
Curtis

If you have the 450 Alaskan die, it is easier to form cases from 50-110 Win cases. Rather than expanding and firing all that needs to be done is running the cases through the sizing die. the process is similar to making 270 Win cases from 30-06 cases. 50-110 cases are available from Starline brass.

Thank You very much for that. Saves me some headache.
That's something I can do myself. I'll get started on it later this evening.

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
