I used the Uncle Mikes for many years. Used one for my 458 Lott (all 375 brass fit) and have used one for my 416 Rigby with every other loop. They are quite cheap and last me several years for belt and stock.
Would use again.

Here is what I use. There is no Velcro to make any noise and the shells are held in by plastic straps. It says that it will hold up to 300 Win mag but your 416 is just a step up from there, I'm not sure that you'll find just one that will fit in the range that you want.

I don’t understand why anyone would be concerned about any noise from Velcro. I’ve usually emptied my magazine before I reach for more ammunition.
