It does! And the town is developed nicely since she was a kid. Plus her Dad and family have a cabin farther north on the Boy River. Saw wolves and bear when we went up to see it. Love the isolation!

What a beautiful property...fantastic really. I hope someone from here buys it. Having your own private shooting range, plenty of fishing, waterfowl, turkey, wing shooting and big game around. Beautiful home as well. I wish I could lift up from TX and go back to having 4 seasons like that!

This shouldn't last long. I'm an appraiser in Wisconsin, so I'm pretty in tune with values in this part of the country. Looks like a gem. Just a bit too far of a drive, or I'd consider selling the hunting lodge I just built and upgrading!

Nice place Bob....but you put me off with non freezing taps and photos of snow.... ......and a bit of a comparison....I took your figures and used them to value takeri...it would be priced at bit over usd 66 million using your figures if it was over there.....but last valuation i had a few years ago was usd 2.4 million......anyone know how to teleport land ?..........

Yes much more space For reference that is Gina's 12 foot tall Christmas Tree. I believe we had more pics on a Christmas thread

The lion is still under the staircase and there are 7 other mounts still in there but most, including the rhino, mountain goat, and all the pedestals are moved to Texas.

I mowed the Motocross track today When I bought the place, nobody mentioned it. Months later met an elderly neighbor who asked me if the place still had the Motocross track.... I was all.... Ummm, Motocross track, umm hmm.... YEA! Yes it does

I had thought they just did a really random job of piling the spoil from digging the pond. But at that moment it dawned on me. And made sense because my taxidermist, who is an artist first... Told me how he used to paint helmets and trailers for the previous owner who did Motocross and Snowcross racing.

Well I'm either too wise or too inexperienced to try it on my KTM 950 Adventure... And I got fed up with friends and relatives coming over to beat it up but never help with maintenance... So let it grow over....

I got it recognizable today with our Bobcat T650 and brush mower. Although it does need some further work. It is recognizable now and my Farther in Law and I drove Gina's Polaris Ranger over the easier whoops
