Custom Warthog Tusk Knife

Leave for Africa for a week and have been debating on what I want to do for taxidermy for my warthog. I wanted to see if anyone has ever got custom knifes made from the tusk and if so who did you use.

Guys at Trophaendienste in Windhoek arranged for this to be made for me about 6 or 7 years ago. I didn’t see anything similar when I was there a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if they still do it.
