Cameroon Hunts ?

Are people rethinking or postponing hunts to Cameroon this year ?

We all thought it would get messy over the election as it seems in all African countries.

I have have to change plans or cancel hunts from West to East Africa in the past !

The political events in such countries would not stop me from booking a hunt. Any election in Africa takes place with unrest and death people. Even at football games there are deaths among fans. For the little side story, a good local African friend of mine in Burkina Faso always complained that the many death people in such events clogged the irrigation canals. I see more of a problem with uncontrolled islamic terrorism in all these regions and also in the northern areas of Cameroon. I would therefore rather cancel a hunt in the savannah area of Cameroon for these reasons or not book it in advance at all.

Im headed over in 2026. Unless I am missing something, looks like just some election protests with Biya being named the winner.
