Bull Elephant Hunt In Zimbabwe 2023

The key to remember in Zim is the government sets the fees to the outfitter. As an example for 2023 I believe the government fee for a bull elephant is $12k so at $14k the outfitter only makes $2k in profit plus any profit in tips and day rate
You guys are blowing my cover! I was good with folks thinking I'm rich! LOL!
But seriously, I was in the same boat not terribly long ago. When you think of bull elephant, you just assume the price is out of reach for most people. But, it's very doable if you're not worried about shooting something north of 40lbs. I'm in it 100% for the experience, so a 40lb bull and a tuskless cow works great for me. My tuskless I shot last year was on the first day, so I really didn't get to "experience" a lot of elephant hunting. I look forward to getting in close to multiple herds of elephant this year in search of a decent bull and another tuskless.

I have no idea the shipping cost from here to Costa Rica. I can do my research on shipping and get back with you later today.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
