+1 on the Save Valley. Not just lots of cats but big ones as well. When I was there we ended up putting up 24 baits and had 14 different cats hitting them, including females and young toms. Make sure you can get pre-baiting before you arrive, it allows you to have a better game plan the day you get there. If you can, try to schedule for the dark moon phase and not when plains game are rutting, as they are easy prey for a leopard and he may not pay as much attention to your baits. Some outfitters allow you to come back for free that year if you are not successful (if you have the time) Most outfits need to be planned at least a year in advance, Good luck with the planning and if you can meet the outfitter at DSC even better.
 
I've booked a leopard hunt for 2020 in the Bubble Valley Conservancy. Will report back on how it goes.

Bubble Valley is a lot easier to pronounce...
