I agree it is clever, but in poor taste. However, I guess I'll have to call them with the tip that Brandon and his DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are allowing an unknown number of illegal firearms into the US by the cartels and other criminal elements through are now non existent Southern border with Mexico. It's nice to see a government agency with at least a bit of a sense of humour . . . here in Canada our Prime Minister just declared a state of national emergency because he doesn't like protests. Now that's really not funny.

There is a difference in Canadian and USA states of emergency as well. Canadian version seems to be martial law where civil rights are suspended.

In the USA it is an extraordinary event (fires, earthquakes etc.) that makes a region eligible for Federal funds.

Sorry but this ain't funny. The ATF knows most of the tips they receive will be jilted ex-lovers of legal gun owners. It's a great way to start an FBI file on an American that's perfectly law-abiding. It completely infuriates me.

Wow, they just announced that if a Canadian citizen has donated $25 or more to truckers' funds their bank accounts can be frozen due to new definition of terrorist acts.

Pretty sure the atf isn’t gonna show up at my tiny town and ask to see how many .30-06 rifles I sold last year. I thought it was so funny that I texted it to my ex wife. She said she won’t report the stash of rocket launchers in my basement if I don’t report her thriving prostitition business. It’s the best laugh she and I have had in a decade. I appreciate the agency for creativity and a sense of humor.
