Rifle is an excellent example of ‘old school’ craft. Handmade in Liege Belgium in 1956 by Fabrique d’armies Unies de Liege and marketed as the Centaure Model 60 Express rifle. Rifle is well on face and ready to hunt. Built on a chopper lump Anson & Deeley action, extremely strong and perfectly timed Holland &Holland type automatic ejectors, treble Purdey type bolt with two under lugs and hidden third bite, Purdey frame. Carries 26” barrels with original finish. Chambers and bores are perfect. Stock is original very good walnut, strong unworn checkering in a diamond point pattern. Neutral...
