No, the 550 grs are better for someone that has one of the larger capacity 458 cartridges.

You may want to hold on to your North Forks. I met with the former owner and new owner here at DSC. The new owner, @Jorgen Bostrom will be making the bullets in Sweden. They will then be made available in the U.S.

I think they're a couple months out, but things seem a go.

Soon there will be .458 450gr SS in US again. Reloading international will sell them in US and Canada. For now there is a 480gr SS box but only 1. When machine land here i start up production direct and then there will be some time before i have all caliber and weight in stock. But there will be North Fork bullets in the market.

And i produce this also for you so make your test load and find a good one for you. Then you buy new ones before or under the summer 2020.

reloading international has some NF's on there site listed now if you need them soon, I am glad the Northfork's will continue on, great bullets
