My son and I will be going to Moz in 18 months for buff and PG. This will be my fifth trip to Africa and his second, but his first for DG. His "heavy" rifle is a steyr in .376. It is a very handy little rifle and shoots the Hornady factory .270 gr load MOA. He loves it and shoots it very well. I am a big fan of the 300 gr bullets from the .375, particulary the TSX. It is superb on buffalo. .300 grain bullets are not a good choice from the steyr due to cartridge length (like stuffing 180s into a .308). Anyone have any experince with the 270gr Hornady Interlock and buffalo?
