I have plenty of rings, so all I need is the Base Brass and dyes, the stock needs re done or replaced,I usually do the stock re-finish my self but the chances of making it look original are slim so I'd opt to replace it, I can't really see how good the blueing what do you think his bottom line price would be, It's between the 300 and a 7x57 I'm looking at
